Homemade Face Masks For All Skin Types


Carrot Face Mask
Ingredients:

1 medium sized carrot
1 tbsp honey

Steam or boil the carrots so that they are easy to mash or puree. Add the honey and mix well together. At this point you can add a few drops of lemon juice to help the consistency. Lemon juice is a great cleaning astringent which helps to clear and close your pores resulting in smoother looking skin.

Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry. Add the face mask mixture to your face when cooler and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Wipe off with a warm wash cloth or rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Cucumber for Wrinkles

Take a cucumber and juice it. Apply the juice directly all over your face and then rinse off. If you do not want to juice your cucumber, cut it in a few pieces and rub over your face liberally.
Neem Tulsi Face Mask:

Mash a few Neem leaves with Tulsi leaves, you can also use Tulsi and Neem powder to make a paste using rose water. Apply this directly on your face concentrating on your acne prone areas.


Recipe to improve the skin texture

Crush two walnuts and mix the powder with two tablespoons of yogurt and one table spoon of pure almond oil. This thick paste is a natural exfoliant. The walnut power removes the dead skin and dirt, while lactic acid in the yogurt refines the texture. The almond oil moisturizes the skin.

Papaya face mask for oily skin

Ingredients:
• Papaya(mashed)
• One tbsp fuller earth
• One tbsp Cucumber juice
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply this face pack. This face mask will make your skin fairer and also helps in skin tightening.
